Despite severe winter weather, we have completed the construction of the ‘shell’ of the stairwell and are now ready for the external render. David Broad commented “we need to wait for the temperatures to improve before applying the external render system. Whilst we are all keen to get this done it would be badly affected by sub zero temperatures, so we will have to be patient”.
